The Employers' Federation of Ceylon is pleased to announce that it will conduct a full day Workshop on “Training Needs Analysis” from 9.00 a.m. to 04.00 p.m. at the EFC Auditorium, Rajagiriya, on 15^th March 2012.  Registration of participants will commence at 8.30 a.m. on the same day. 

During this workshop the participants will have an opportunity to:

•  Acquaint themselves with different methods of identifying training needs (TNA) in an organisation
• Practice skills in conducting a training needs analysis based on real life cases from organisations
• Learn how to set training priorities and thereafter establish training objectives based on the needs analysis.

This workshop is specially designed for Training Managers/Executives and other HRD practitioners who are directly involved in planning and conducting training programmes in their own establishments.

The workshop will be facilitated by Dr. K.L. Chandratilleke, Head of Training of the EFC who counts more than thirty years of experience as a trainer and consultant in human resource development.

The cost per participant will be:

• Rs.5,000/- plus VAT of 12% for EFC member organisations and
• Rs.5,800/- plus VAT of 12% for non-members.

(The EFC VAT Registration Number is 409044077-7000, and you will receive a separate invoice in acknowledgement of the VAT payment).

Please note that a 5% discount on the workshop fee will be given to those organisations which nominate a minimum of five participants.
