For the first time in Sri Lanka, the Employer’s Federation of Ceylon, in collaboration with Unilever Sri Lanka, offers a programme for entry level job seekers that will provide them with an opportunity to enhance the soft skills they require to enter the world of work.

The eight module programme conducted over a period of eight weeks will give participants insight on;

• The skills they need to develop to become more employable.
• What employers expect from a prospective employee.
• What rights and obligations they have as an employee.

Eligibility

Application should have : passed GCE Advance Level or posses a higher qualification should be under 28 years of age as at December 31^, 2010.
